We strongly encourage you to use your free credits to test the Service on real posts or products before buying a credit pack.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• You request the refund within 7 days of your purchase date
• You have used 5 or fewer credits from your purchased pack (equivalent to the free trial amount)
• The refund request is submitted to bulkwpseoai@gmail.com with your order number

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• More than 5 credits from the purchased pack have been consumed — at this point you have used the Service beyond the trial threshold and have seen results
• More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date
• The refund request is for a second or subsequent purchase from the same domain or account
• The account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service
• You are dissatisfied with AI output quality, but have used more than 5 credits — the free trial credits exist precisely to evaluate quality before committing

4. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Service from functioning correctly — such as credits being deducted without a successful generation — please contact us at bulkwpseoai@gmail.com. We will investigate and restore any credits lost due to technical errors on our end.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to bulkwpseoai@gmail.com with:

• Your order number (from your purchase confirmation email)
• The domain your license key is registered to
• A brief description of the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
