3. License Key and Credits

• Each license key is valid for use on a single domain. Using a license key on multiple domains is not permitted.
• Every new domain receives 5 free AI credits upon activation. These free credits are provided to allow you to evaluate the Service before purchasing.
• Purchased credits are non-transferable and cannot be moved between domains or accounts.
• Credits do not expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account until used.
• We reserve the right to revoke free trial credits if abuse or automated activation is detected.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our API keys or server-side logic
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable laws
• Share, resell, or sublicense your license key to third parties
• Use automated scripts to trigger mass generation requests in a way that abuses our API infrastructure
• Attempt to bypass the credit system or obtain AI generation without valid credits

5. AI-Generated Content

The SEO titles, meta descriptions, and alt texts generated by our Service are produced by AI. While we strive for high quality and relevance, we make no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• Specific rankings or traffic improvements resulting from use of the Service
• The originality or uniqueness of generated content

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing and ensuring it meets your standards and applicable laws.

6. External API and Data

By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the sending of your post/page content excerpts to our API at api.bulkwpseoai.com for processing. This data is used solely to generate SEO content and is not permanently stored. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our API service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect the Service. Credits are not consumed during failed or timed-out requests.

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. By making a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of service. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location.
